Quality is the basis of existence any modern organization. Delivery quality products/services satisfying or exceeding consumer expectations imperative for success Therefore, must be managed. The purpose this work to establish a model management vehicle after-sale maintenance activities. To achieve goal it was first necessary identify indicators. An instrument measurement activities afterward established, based on identified indicators and theoretical practical knowledge in field management, followed by management. example with implementation established also presented. developed methodology may generalized applied other service industries.
